Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken
Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken -- Juicy chicken marinated in buttermilk then coated with Parmesan cheese and baked will satisfy your need for fried chicken!
Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken tender (or 4 chicken breast, pounded thin)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup buttermilk
Breading
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine Parmesan cheese, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.

Coat each side of chicken tender with the mayo.

Coat each chicken tender with the Parmesan cheese mix. Place on a foiled link baking sheet or on a pan with a rack.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip chicken tenders and cook an additional 5 minutes so that the bottoms become crisp.
