  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken tender (or 4 chicken breast, pounded thin)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup buttermilk


  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least one hour.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.

  4. Coat each side of chicken tender with the mayo.

  5. Coat each chicken tender with the Parmesan cheese mix. Place on a foiled link baking sheet or on a pan with a rack.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip chicken tenders and cook an additional 5 minutes so that the bottoms become crisp.

  7. Serve with your choice of side. Enjoy!
